STUDENT HOUSING --- The room is fully furnished and has enough space to study as well. The apartment will be shared with two other students The other rooms are occupied by a male and therefore we are looking for another male. Within the apartment you will find a large living room with open kitchen, two bathrooms whereas you will share one bathroom with one other student and two more bedrooms. You have a balcony where you can get your break in between studies. the other rooms in the apartment are already occupied and we would like to introduce you to the tenants already living at The Cohesion Cobana in order to make the perfect match! When you have made the booking we will share your details with your future roommate in order to get to know each other! Is it not a perfect match, we can set you up with another tenant as long as the availability allows in order for you to have the best time in Rotterdam together! Also included in the rental price is the use of our communal areas. A common kitchen, living room and sports space is included. Moreover, we have a beautiful large roof terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Rijnhaven. There are two large indoor bike parking areas, crucial to the Netherlands’ cycling culture. Right next door, there’s a metro station which takes you to the city centre within 5 minutes. Katendrecht is a vibrant and great neighbourhood to live in. within walking distance you find the popular Deliplein and Fenix Food Factory where you can enjoy the local beers and enjoy the day with your friends. Most importantly, The Cohesion Cobana creates a sense of community by hosting regular events and activities, so residents can get to know each other and make new friends in a warm, low-key environment.
